Inaugural River Rat Rally Race

Ok, the River Rat Rally Race came about as a result of Covid-19. The virus shut everything down, making life boring and car dealers unable to wholesale all of the junk cars they were trading for… An idea was born! Buy the best river racer you can find and spend a TOTAL of $500 or less (excluding safety equipment).
With the race course defined, June 20th will decide who has the best and who has the worst (Isaac) River Race Rat Rally Car.
