Get in the holiday spirit by sampling a variety of festive beverages while shopping at your favorite Downtown stores. Wristbands will be sold at the Downtown Vision Office, 120 E. Laurel St., the day of the event where ID’s will be checked. You must be 21 or older to receive a wristband. Enjoy the afternoon of holiday shopping while sipping on delightful spirits.
