Color and Compassion

This series will merge art techniques from Robin Valenzuela and compassion-focused therapy from Valarie Smith, LPC. While your verbal participation will not be required, it will be encouraged. This class is a safe space to unleash creativity, connect with self and community, and increase our awareness of Color & Compassion.
Age 21+ $35 ($30 members) per class.
