La Estrella is Garden City’s spot for no nonsense tacos and authentic Mexican. Seriously, go online and look at some reviews, you’ll find more stars on the page than in the sky above a field at night. This is one that’s worth a detour. La Estrella doesn’t have the gigantic menus you find at other Mexican places, preferring to do a few things very, VERY well. The quality shows.
