Nothing says Kansas like Barbeque, and nothing says barbeque like Plank’s. Located on the south side of the city, Plank’s has been family owned since 2002, and they’ve smoked, pit-roasted, and grilled their way to the top of the food chain in Garden City, with no signs of slowing down. Portions are big, the service is good. You can always expect the best at Plank’s. Whether you order off the menu or happen to catch them during a dinner buffet, you might just have to be rolled home.

We stopped blindly not knowing what this place was. Well, it is great bbq. I highly recommend it. The service was great also. We will be back.
