Rib Crib is a 60 restaurant franchise, started in Oklahoma. Don’t hold that against them though, they’ve been doing barbeque up to Kansas standards since 1992. Rib Crib goes out of their way to encourage you to eat like a pig, and my oh my they’ll help you along the way. Seriously good, and seriously huge, Rib Crib will be sure to satisfy even the biggest eaters. If you read that last sentence and took it as a challenge, you’re going to love it here.
